Become an IT Systems Support Analyst at NORR, where you'll provide real-time tech support to our Toronto office and beyond. This hybrid role allows flexibility while ensuring top-notch service.
As a key player in NORR’s Information Technology team, you will engage directly with fast-paced architecture and engineering teams. Your work will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, deploying solutions, and maintaining compliance with standards. Experience collaboration and support across North America and the UK in this customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user account issues
• Deploy and configure software updates and security patches
• Manage iOS/Android devices using Mobile Device Management
• Maintain documentation of support tasks in ticketing systems
• Support onboarding processes for new users
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT support experience
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and mobile OS
• IT certifications in relevant technologies an asset
