This role requires overseeing the entire QA process for TSYS projects. You will need to collaborate with different teams to meet testing requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the QA lifecycle including planning and execution
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners effectively
• Conduct root cause analysis and defect management
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and QA standards
• Coordinate testing efforts with global team members
Requirements:
• 5+ years recent TSYS experience
• Proven experience in payment processing projects
• Knowledge of card generation and customer communications
• Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager
• Strong communication skills are essential
