Do you have seasoned project management experience delivering fully functional Data projects? Have you led Organizational Transformation projects in the past? Do you have a background in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering? We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO team! The individual will have an opportunity to work on a very exciting big data, national audience measurement project.


As a Project Manager with Numeris, you will establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional technical, strategic and transformational initiatives.Beginning with the end in mind, you will approach every project with a key focus on the impact of changes to people, to build a better interdependent organisation. You will manage a variety of different types of projects, including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process re-engineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

Your superior communication skills and business savvy will help you to work with both technology and business partners across the organisation, leading every facet of the project. From proactively defining and planning the project to effectively identifying and managing project risks, you will contribute in a meaningful way to the future of Numeris.


·Overall accountability for on-time, on budget successful delivery of projects, within a change management framework.

·Directly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle ( definition, planning, implementation and closure ) and work with matrix IT partners to oversee all phases of a project.

·Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.

·Proactively plan for the potential impacts of changes and implementations on employees across the organisation, to ensure that changes are adopted with minimal resistance and high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

·Proactively plan for risk to maximise the potential for success.

·Intimately understand the key details of the project to help ensure the team is highly engaged and dedicated to its success.

·Manage project communications, define project schedules and oversee project activities.

·Manage on/offshore vendors and resources required to deliver projects.

·Analyse, interpret, and disseminate action plans attached to project lessons learned and risk management items.

·Develop and manage the appropriate resource plan, and manage assigned cross-functional project resources.

·Create standards and processes for project management and coach and mentor team members in their adoption.

·Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation.

Qualifications and Requirements

·7+ Years of proactive, assertive, confident Project Management experience, with a high level of trust among all project stakeholders.

·2+ Years of experience successfully leading organizational transformation initiatives, which have led to stronger, interdependent organisations.

·University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

·Ability to demonstrate extensive project experience championing technical, strategic and organisational transformation initiatives, with an understanding of the product lifecycle.

·Experience planning and managing new projects ensuring its link to broader organisational strategy.

·Proven expertise managing multi-functional onshore/offshore teams.

·Expertise with MS Project Professional, MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio ), SharePoint.

·Experience with multiple types of projects, including, but not limited to, SDLC ( Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid ), Third Party Implementations, Infrastructure, Product Launches, Organisational Transformations.

·Proven ability to quickly and confidently earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilise and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver difficult messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity.

·Solid influencing skills with sound business and technical acumen; possess general understanding for application programming, database and system design.

·Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organisation; focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure and working with a high level of ambiguity, with a strong drive for results.

·Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills; with the ability to manage time well, prioritise, multitask, and troubleshoot.

·Self-directed individual with the ability to work collaboratively, and be highly-motivated to deliver.

·Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and translate complex technical concepts into messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
