We’re currently recruiting a Financial Manager, Supply Chain for a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Toronto. Founded just 10 years ago, the business already distributes its products to more than 20 countries globally and has an ambitious plan to double in size in the next 2 years! They are looking for a Financial Manager who is experienced with Supply Chain operations, has a very strong analytical background and understands the bigger picture.

Someone who is passionate about operations and who would love to be part of strategic business decisions.

• Lead quarterly forecasting and annual planning for the Supply Chain team, building financial models and driving growth initiatives.
• Oversee monthly performance reviews, monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights on inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain costs.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop business cases that optimize logistics, reduce at-risk inventory, and manage compliance costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering analysis and scenario planning to support key decisions.
• Manage and mentor one Analyst, focusing on cost modeling and the development of new tools.
• Drive process improvements, implementing new systems, simplifying workflows, and increasing operational efficiency.

• CPA designation is an advantage
• 6+ years of experience in a similar finance role
• Hands‑on experience with supply chain finance
• Background in manufacturing or consumer goods is essential
