Key Responsibilities:
• Define and prioritize program goals aligned with TTC's vision
• Develop and manage program schedules and budgets

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field
• Must have PMP or PgMP certification
• Extensive experience in program and project management
