Position: Journeyman Millwright at Owens Corning

Your role includes Total Productive Maintenance, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior technicians.

As a critical team member at Owens Corning, you will lead maintenance initiatives while ensuring safety is prioritized. The position will start as a day shift but may transition to a continental shift based on business needs. Key responsibilities include conducting Job Hazard Analysis, performing maintenance functions, and collaborating with operators for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Total Productive Maintenance initiatives

• Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues

• Perform maintenance on complex systems

• Mentor junior technicians during repairs

• Conduct safety evaluations and training sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Industrial Maintenance Millwright experience

• Strong knowledge of safe work practices

• Ability to work independently or in a team

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Familiarity with SAP and fiberglass manufacturing is a plus
