Position: Millwright Technician for Cosmetic Production
Take on a pivotal role as a Millwright Maintenance Technician at our Cosmetic production facility on Commander Blvd. You will ensure seamless operations of vital manufacturing equipment across all shifts.

This position requires 5-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting. You will perform setup, troubleshoot equipment issues, and enhance operations through preventive maintenance. Key responsibilities include supporting repairs, leading continuous improvement projects, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment

• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Support preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; trade school preferred

• 5-6 years in manufacturing maintenance roles

• Mechanical or Millwright certification is an asset

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
