At MLSE Launch Pad, you will work with youth aged 6-29, delivering vital outreach initiatives and community connection programs. Focusing on relationship building, case management, and advocacy, you will identify barriers and ensure access to services. This role is critical for fostering community engagement and facilitating youth’s personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with underserved youth and families
• Provide one-on-one support and referrals in key areas
• Develop community outreach activities and workshops
• Collaborate with local service providers for program access
• Maintain engagement metrics and service delivery statistics
Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience in youth engagement and community development
• Social Services Field diploma or related experience
• Certification in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
• Reliable transportation for community travel
