Position: Registered Nurse Home Support Supervisor Role

In this role, you will utilize your skills as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to oversee Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Personal Support Workers

• Formulate and assess care plans for patients

• Manage staff performance and development

• Collect and analyze feedback on service delivery

• Ensure timely resolution of patient concerns

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Three years of progressive leadership experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of community nursing methodologies
