Position: After Hours Clinical Site Administrator
Elevate your nursing leadership as a part-time After Hours Site Administrator at the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH). Provide crucial operational support during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This permanent role requires a skilled nurse to deliver clinical leadership and coordinate hospital operations after hours. You'll guide clinical teams, support care delivery, and ensure adherence to CAMH's vision and best practices. Mentorship for charge nurses and crisis management will be key responsibilities in this dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours leadership to clinical staff

• Coordinate crisis responses and hospital operations

• Mentor charge nurses on leadership and decision-making

• Liaise with Unit Managers for continuity of care

• Support CAMH quality initiatives and address operational issues
Requirements:
