Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse

Position: Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Sunnybrook
Make a difference in neonatal care as a Registered Nurse iver compassionate and developmentally appropriate care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
This role reports to the Patient Care Manager, focusing on the Neonatal Nursing Practice standards. You will plan and evaluate patient care, while teaching and supporting families. The position requires Level II or III NICU experience, emphasizing patient-focused care and adherence to Ontario's nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document outcomes for neonatal patient care

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

• Implement evidence-based practices in the NICU

• Provide teaching and emotional support to families

• Uphold Sunnybrook’s mission and values in patient care
Requirements:

• Current Ontario College of Nurses registration

• NICU Level II or III experience required

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• Completion of essential neonatal courses required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
