VP of Client Partnerships in Pharmaceuticals

Transform drug development initiatives as the VP of Client Partnerships with a pioneering pharmaceutical formulation company. Utilize your CDMO experience to manage R&D projects in a hybrid working environment.
In this high-level role, you will serve as the primary contact for multiple external partnerships and manage concurrent client R&D projects. Your expertise in pharmaceutical science and project management will enable you to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client relationship management and project execution

• Coordinate 3-4 R&D projects or large strategic agreements

• Conduct technical readouts and steering discussions

• Identify and communicate trade-offs to clients

• Coach team members on execution and communication
Requirements:

• Extensive experience in CDMO or CRO settings

• Proven background in OSD, biologics, or injectables

• Strong client-facing presence with technical credibility

• Experience with emerging biotechs and large pharma

• Ability to handle scope and difficult conversations effectively
