In this role, you will work under the Research & Development manager, leading efforts to validate and develop new testing methodologies. Your experience will help you review proposals and troubleshoot technical issues while overseeing method transfers and personnel training. Be a part of a committed team that is essential for advancing laboratory capabilities in pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support writing and validating assay methods
• Execute routine analyses using LC-MS and GC-MS
• Review and assess technical documents as necessary
• Investigate out-of-spec and out-of-trend results
• Train new staff on SOP protocols and revisions
Requirements:
• Chemistry degree or equivalent; MSc is a plus
• 3+ years experience with specific analytical techniques
• 5-10 years in a lab environment focused on pharmaceuticals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a dynamic team setting
