We are a collective of creatives and scientists working to reimagine the world of beauty. The company owns vertically integrated laboratories, manufacturing, retail stores, and brand infrastructure across multiple emerging brands.
We are seeking a flexible customer service‑oriented Store Associate for the Distillery District store. The role is a 24‑hour per week part‑time contract, working 4 days per week, starting mid‑June and ending on January 1st, 2027.
Pay Range
$18 to $19 per hour, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget.
Responsibilities
Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting company vision through excellent service.
Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
Adhere to the company experience and deliver unparalleled customer service, educating customers about the world of beauty and skin care.
Manage customer feedback and queries.
Assist in maintaining counter cleanliness and organization.
Maintain merchandising concepts and ensure store tidiness.
Handle product refunds and address customer issues positively.
Build meaningful relationships with department managers and clients, maintaining high‑standard communication.
Skills and Qualifications
Comfortable engaging customers and applying products while providing consultations.
Ability to multi‑task while delivering professional customer service.
Desire to spread brand awareness.
Effective time management and communication skills.
