Position: Lush Retail Communications Manager Role
Join Lush Cosmetics as the Retail Communications Manager and lead the communication efforts for over 250 stores in North America. Your expertise will ensure timely and relevant information flows to optimize retail operations.

In this strategic role, you will craft compelling communications that inform and engage Lush retail teams. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure messaging aligns with the company's goals while enabling stores to execute initiatives effectively. Your ability to simplify complex information and build relationships will be vital in supporting staff and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee communication schedules for 260+ retail locations

• Lead the writing of engaging content for retail initiatives

• Work cross-departmentally to streamline communication

• Raise potential issues during project life cycles

• Participate in stakeholder meetings to align on retail needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in retail communications or operations

• 2+ years management experience in retail

• Exceptional communication capabilities

• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships

• Flexibility to travel 1-2 times per month
