The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an early‑career opportunity focused on generating early‑stage demand and introducing potential corporate clients to Xe’s FX and international payments solutions. You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway designed to build your confidence and expertise. Using a suite of platforms to effectively manage pipeline growth and outbound channels, you will be well‑equipped to target new potential clients.
You’ll learn how global businesses manage currency exposure, understand how our products deliver value, and develop the commercial skills needed to succeed in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
As Sales Development Representative, you will create consistent, qualified demand by engaging potential corporate clients and identifying ready meeting opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients.
- Conduct basic qualifications to confirm suitability.
- Build foundational knowledge of FX and international payments.
- Partner with senior SDRs, BDMs and Marketing to progress opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
