Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to schedule HVAC consultations
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads
• Record interactions using CRM systems
• Follow up to confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for optimal lead flow
Requirements:
• Experience in appointment setting or inside sales
• Strong communication skills for rapport building
