Partnership Development Representative

We are looking for a candidate with a proactive mindset and a passion for cold outreach and relationship building. This role requires at least two years of experience in SaaS sales or partnerships, with proven success in outbound sales motions. You will collaborate with teams, mentor colleagues, and strive for a repeatable partnership process that scales across multiple ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the ERP Partner motion end-to-end
• Develop familiarity with SaaS ecosystems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Run structured activation sequences to generate referrals
• Represent the company at key ERP industry events
• Work with Sales and Marketing to maximize partnership impact
Requirements:
• 2+ years in SaaS sales and partnerships
• Proven outbound sales and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Experience with ERP ecosystems is a plus
