In this position at Tread, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory, engaging mid-sized contractors and bulk material producers. By running the full sales cycle, you’ll address operational pain points and demonstrate how Tread’s platform enhances efficiency and drives ROI. Collaboration with the solutions engineering and customer success teams will ensure strong transitions from prospecting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle sales from discovery to negotiation
• Manage a pipeline of mid-sized accounts effectively
• Deliver custom discovery calls and product demos
• Cultivate relationships across dispatch and finance teams
• Partner with SDRs to execute targeted strategies
Requirements:
• 3–7 years B2B SaaS selling experience
• History of exceeding quota in sales roles
• Experience in operations-heavy industries, preferably construction
• Strong questioning and communication skills
• Familiar with CRM tools like Hub Spot
