Outdoor Concrete Finisher

Position: Outdoor Concrete Finisher Role
Become a Concrete Finisher in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. This role requires hands-on experience in concrete placement, finishing, and surface treatment.

With 7 months to less than 1 year of experience required, you will work on residential sites, mastering concrete techniques. Key responsibilities include checking formwork, directing concrete placement, and applying finishing touches using both hand and power tools for the best results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check formwork and reinforce materials before placement

• Direct concrete pouring and leveling according to specifications

• Fill hollows and smooth freshly poured cement surfaces

• Operate power vibrators to ensure concrete compaction

• Apply hardening and sealing components effectively

Requirements:

• At least 7 months construction experience

• Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding

• Own steel-toed safety boots for site work

• Handle heavy loads and demanding physical tasks

• Detail-oriented with sound discrimination skills
