Position: Experienced Wood Floor Installer Needed

As a vital part of the Capital Floor team, you will bring your skills in installing flooring materials to diverse environments. Ideal candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in flooring installation, alongside proficiency in safety measures and customer service on-site. This position requires travel to various job locations, ensuring each installation is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces for flooring

• Read blueprints to determine project needs

• Cut and fasten underlay and flooring materials

• Prepare and repair damaged floor coverings

• Conduct tests before installations

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in floor installation or related field

• Must be bondable and pass a criminal record check

• Willing to travel to various work sites

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads
