Lead Program Manager for Services

Position: Lead Program Manager for Employment Services
Take the lead in supporting young adults with intellectual disabilities at The Career Foundation as the Program Lead for Transitional Employment Services. This role focuses on designing inclusive training and facilitating impactful work trials.

As the Program Lead, you will guide the one-year Pathways to Work initiative, promoting skills development for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include delivering pre-employment training, coordinating work trials with inclusive employers, and providing on-site job coaching to enhance participants' confidence and preparedness for the workforce. You will track program metrics, ensure all KPIs are met, and engage with families and caregivers to foster supportive environments for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate inclusive workshops and assessments

• Build relationships with inclusive employers for job placements

• Deliver on-site coaching during work trials

• Track participant progress and maintain detailed case notes

• Coordinate family information sessions and resources

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Minimum of 2 years in job coaching or employment services

• Strong engagement in outreach and employer relations

• Valid Ontario G driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Exceptional communication skills and understanding of diverse needs
