Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients with empathetic, supportive communication
• Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Provide emergency support and advocacy for underserved groups
• Utilize agency tools to connect clients to appropriate services
• Track service trends and call data for analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social services

• Fluency in French and English required
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficient computer skills adaptable to new programs
