The Principal Front‑end Engineer is a hands‑on technical leader who will define and drive the future of user interface development  will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of our next‑generation front‑end applications, with a primary focus on React Native for mobile and a strong secondary expertise in Angular for web platforms. As a foremost expert in front‑end technologies, you will mentor a talented team, champion innovation, and ensure our applications deliver a seamless, high‑performance, and world‑class user experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for tackling complex UI challenges across multiple platforms.

• Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the long‑term technical vision and strategy for our front‑end applications (both mobile and web), aligning with business goals and industry trends.
• Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design and development of complex, high‑performance front‑end applications using React Native and Angular. Make critical decisions on technology, frameworks, and patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor and force‑multiplier for the front‑end engineering team. Coach senior and intermediate engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and lead by example through hands‑on code contributions.
• Performance & Streaming Optimization: Lead efforts to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across our front‑end platforms. Architect robust solutions for handling high‑frequency, real‑time data streaming to ensure a responsive user experience on our trading applications.
