Webber is hiring a Traffic Incident Coordination Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in traffic control and safety management. You will collaborate with police and local agencies to communicate effectively during emergencies, coordinate detours, and maintain report documentation.
Your role is crucial in contributing to the overall safety of highway users and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with emergency responders in crises
• Relay incidents to the Traffic Operations Centre
• Document and complete follow-up investigations
• Organize detour routing and traffic control events
• Track and maintain incident files and reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• 2+ years in traffic control operations
• Valid Class DZ driver’s license required
• OTM BOOK 7 certification necessary
• Strong safety awareness and assessment skills
