• Coordinate driver schedules and maintain clear communication

• Dispatch loads, providing drivers with necessary information

• Confirm deliveries and escalate issues as needed

• Monitor operations for safety and performance

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years in transportation or logistics

• Advantageous knowledge of TMW and ELD systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology systems
