In this pivotal role, you will oversee shipping processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high standards of inventory integrity. You will manage preparation, routing, and documentation while utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline shipping workflows. Close collaboration with various teams will ensure that customer requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all outbound shipping operations daily
• Verify finished goods prior to dispatch
• Generate and manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN)
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate shipping activities
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete and compliant
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 5+ years in shipping/logistics in a manufacturing setting
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Comprehensive knowledge of shipping processes and regulations
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
