- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation.
- Develop unique education and care plans for each patient.
- Provide appropriate education and support for family members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for patients, families, and physicians.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and sensitivity to age-specific needs.
- Direct ancillary staff based on patient and family needs.
- Complete annual competency requirements specific to the area of responsibility.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
