Marmaris: Operations Person Required (Tour Operator Position):

Position: Operations Department

Based: Marmaris

Job description: Delivering excellent customer service, inputting reservations onto the computer system ("Sejour" Reservations system), answering the phone, dealing with customer issues, customer follow up's, booking and arranging transfers plus excursions, selling hotel rooms online etc.

Criteria: Candidates must be experienced in the operations department of a Tour Operator as no training will be given. This position is a stand alone position for a new tour operator, so in effect you will be part of helping the company grow.
Candidates should be independent, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working. Candidates should be confident in sales, customer service, complaint handling & problem solving. You must be a fluent English speaker to apply.

High School
Experience in Operations, computer, customer service, etc
Fluent English Speaker
Required Language Skills:

Additional Information / Benefits
Hours: As per business needs - flexible, usually 9am - 5/6pm, 5 days a week.

Salary: 500.00 Pounds per month depending on experience - Negotiable.

Nationality of staff required: British preferred as working with British customers, however any nationality is welcome to apply as long as you are a fluent English speaker.

Start Date: End of March.

Length of contract: Seasonal with part time winter work.

Interviews: Interviews will be held from this point onwards. The location for interviews will be in Marmaris if you are available for a face to face interview, however skype interviews will be considered if you fully meet the criteria.

Accommodation: No accommodation available - You must have this in order to apply.

Work Permits: Available. You must have your Residency permit in order for the company to apply for a work permit.
