Machine Operator, Manufacturing Production
Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Job Duties- Operate equipment such as multi‑color sheet‑fed or continuous/web presses running custom or base forms and high‑speed single‑color continuous/web presses, with intermediate to advanced manual numbering and manual setups and changeovers.
- Perform a complete and efficient press set‑up, including identifying and loading correct stock, setting paper path and stretch, bending and mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, die registration, adjusting ink and water balance, ensuring accurate multi‑color register, and setting up attribute functions such as perforations, numbering, file holes, and thermo units.
- Understand all order instructions and run the press productively, meeting requirements for ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, size, construction, and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and make equipment adjustments, including blanket changes, washing units, cleaning water systems, and roller settings as required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School education.
- 1 year of printing experience.
The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
