Job Description

Successful Wholesale Medical Supply Distributor established in 1995 looking for an Office/Accounting Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Monthly Agency Reporting and Financial Reporting. Experience in working in a small business environment a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation
  • ADP Payroll Processing
  • Maintains Personnel Files
  • Manages Accounts Payables
  • Oversees/Manages Accounts Receivables & Reception Staff
  • Reports directly to Chief Operations Officer & Principles
  • Helps Maintain/Manage Daily Operations
  • Multiple "Hat" Type Position

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years Experience in Accounting or other related fields
  • Is Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be a Multi-Tasker
  • College Degree Preferred
