Our client is seeking a Quality Director to lead all food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a growing food and beverage manufacturing operation.
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in food manufacturing and must possess either direct BRC audit experience or extensive experience leading SQF‑certified facilities at a high level.
Qualifications- 7+ years of quality leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRC, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, and FDA regulations
- Experience leading customer, regulatory, and third‑party audits
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead quality teams
- Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
