About this role:
As a CRNA, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient this role you willcover full range of anesthesia matters, including respiratory therapy and airway management for newborn births
oThis position is PRN
oYou will practice atBear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton, Utahand have access to state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment

Whatyoullbring:
Master of Science and graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program.
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Active, unobstructed Utah Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Anesthetist license, or the ability to obtain one
An active DEA, ACLS, NPR and PALS certifications, or the ability to obtain one
Prior experience as a CRNA, strongly preferred
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
Weare not able toaccept candidates requiring

Life in Tremonton, UT
Tremonton is a beautiful, rural community of~8,200 peoplelocatedin northern Utah. The area abounds with outdoor recreational possibilities. The North Box Elder County Museum houses many interesting pioneer artifacts for those interested in the history of the area. Tremonton is just a short drive from the university communities of Logan and Ogden where many cultural and college sporting events are held.
Bear River Valley Hospital,locatedin Tremonton,was rebuiltandopened in 2009 itis a modern, 16-bed facility, staffed by 46 medical personnel and other employees. The facility services Tremonton and the surrounding area.
