Senior Functional​/Technical Lead; ERP – Microsoft Dynamics

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior-Level Functional/Technical Lead to guide the strategic evolution of its enterprise ERP platform.

This individual will serve as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics, driving continued system enhancement, cross-functional alignment, and long-term ERP roadmap development. The role blends advanced business analysis expertise with project leadership responsibilities and oversight of internal and external ERP resources.

This is a highly visible position partnering across manufacturing, engineering, finance, and supply chain operations within a complex, multi-site environment.

• Act as the internal functional authority for Microsoft Dynamics.
• Guide ongoing system enhancement, module expansion, and optimization efforts.
• Partner with third-party implementation consultants on configuration and deployment initiatives.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable system improvements aligned to business strategy.
• Ensure ERP functionality supports end-to-end operational processes.

• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering initiatives.
• Translate operational challenges into clear functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Support production, inventory, financial, and operational workflows through effective ERP configuration.
• Support ERP roadmaps and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to structured implementation planning and execution activities.
• Maintain documentation and system controls.

• Progressive ERP-focused Business Analysis experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain modules).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or significant system expansions.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and present options to stakeholders.
