IT Management -- Product/Software Development

LOCAL to the Truckee Area ONLY (within commuting distance)

The Office BOSS has a position open in our Truckee Administrative facility, near the Truckee Airport.

• IT Management -- Product/Software Development: This position involves a wide range of tasks involving all aspects of BOSS computer systems, networking, Kiosk operations, Cloud-based database management, APP & Kiosk Development. The Office BOSS Self-Serve Shipping Kiosk and Business Suite product lines are key lines of product development. Key requirements include an expert software programming and debugging background with C# and MS Visual Studio.
  
  Software programming, networking and system testing shall be coupled with in-store operations and company-wide technology maintenance. Product line marketing, sales as well as on-site and remote maintenance and customer assistance shall be the product follow-up to development.

This person will report directly to BOSS Management and work closely with the Product Development Team.

  Skills:
  
  Expert in MS Visual Studio, C# programming;
  Proficiency with MS Office and a comfort in learning new software applications;
  Familiarity with shipping services software (Postal mate), SQL Database programming, is a plus, but not required).
• High integrity with absolutely no drug or alcohol issues. Ability to work with Customer and Team sensitive data with honesty and integrity.
• Self-Motivation with a desire to move fast and accomplish all goals.
• Leadership and self-starter characteristics that will create and maintain a level of excellence in both the store and with fellow BOSS Team personnel.
• Hands-on style:
  Solve problems and find solutions!
• Maturity and Confidence with a desire to help others in a positive friendly manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs boxes; standing and serve customers.
• Comfort with multi-tasking including working retail shipping operations.

This position will be based out of the Truckee Administration location, out near the Truckee Airport.
