Position Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience navigating the operational complexities of a manufacturing organization. The Senior FP&A Analyst is a high visibility role across all functions within the Tualatin organization as well as Global Finance.

Position

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting/budgeting process for all three financial statements for the Tualatin site and Cleanroom segment
  • Support the annual budgeting process, partnering with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast; identify drivers and recommend corrective actions
  • Long range forecasting for high visibility NAS business segment
  • Prepare and present site monthly financial reporting packages to Operations and Finance leadership
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Cleanroom Segment
  • Provide insights into manufacturing cost trends, labor efficiency, overhead absorption, and inventory performance
  • Consolidation of Revenue, Backlog and Margin performance for Tualatin and Cleanroom product offerings
Business Partnership
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to understand performance and cost drivers.
  • Support capital expenditure (Cap Ex) analysis, ROI modeling, and post-investment reviews.
  • Assist in pricing analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and product profitability studies.
Process Improvements
  • Enhance financial models, reporting tools, and data accuracy through automation and standardization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support optimization of ERP and financial systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Preferably experience with BI and/or enterprise performance management software(e.g., Planful/Anaplan/Vena)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and confidently
  • High attention to detail with the ability to see broader trends
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional team
