Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler III to join our production team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for executing complex product assembly across various stages according to strict technical guidelines and specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring rigorous quality control, and upholding the highest standards of safety and workplace organization.

• Precision Assembly:
  Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to assemble complex products and sub-assemblies efficiently.
• Equipment & Maintenance:
  Ensure production machinery remains fully operational by performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting minor malfunctions, and coordinating formal repair requests.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and hazardous‑free workstation in strict compliance with safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and 5S standards.
• Mentorship:
  Assist and guide junior assemblers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously throughout a 12‑hour shift. Capability to lift, push, and pull up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] regularly. Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for handling small components and tools.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed‑toe and non‑slip footwear only.
