Now Hiring:
Systems & Infrastructure Engineers (Levels II–V)
Must be Citizen or Green Card Holder
Systems & Infrastructure Engineers supporting critical OT/SCADA environments. This is a unique opportunity to work directly within power infrastructure systems—not a shared services team.
What makes this role interesting:- Team manages on-prem, OT server environments supporting SCADA and plant/substation data systems
- Highly security- and compliance-focused (NERC CIP exposure a plus, not required)
- Strong collaboration with cybersecurity teams
- Opportunity to work on automation initiatives (Ansible)
- VMware
- Windows Server Administration
- Nice to have:
Ansible, utilities/power background
- 1-hour virtual (Teams) with hiring manager
- Final virtual with VP
- First 8–12 weeks:
Onsite 5 days/week - Then transition to hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Up to ~ $130K–$138K for strong Level IV candidates
- Will consider Level V candidates with deep SCADA/power experience
- 6-person team
- Environment is 100% on-prem (no cloud)
- Looking to strengthen Red Hat + automation capabilities while maintaining well-rounded engineers
