- Quality Control Testing: Properly use precision instruments (such as refractometers and pH meters) to test and verify batch quality prior to packaging.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batch production, raw material usage, and finished product inventory.
- Order Picking & Packaging: Accurately pick, package, and label customer orders to prepare them for prompt shipment.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate high-lift forklifts to move, organize, and allocate raw materials and finished goods.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels of raw materials and finished products, proactively reporting low stock based on established minimum/maximum thresholds.
- Customer Service: Facilitate customer pick-up orders in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (cleaning floors, organizing tools, and maintaining equipment).
- Safety Leadership: Assist in the light supervision of warehouse staff regarding safety protocols and efficient production workflows.
- Long-Range Initiatives: Actively participate in warehouse organization projects to maintain strict compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Operational Strategy: Participate in team meetings to share ideas regarding operations, company growth, and workflow efficiency.

- Soft Skills: A pleasant, patient personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomy: Proactive and reliable; ability to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision, know when to ask clarifying questions, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with an eye for spotting minor inconsistencies in measurements or packaging.
- Physical & Technical Aptitude: Ability to lift heavy objects as required in a warehouse environment, with a strong willingness to learn technical compounding processes.
- Prior experience in chemical blending, chemical warehousing, or industrial packaging/shipping procedures.
- Experience handling hazardous materials/Haz Mat.
