Receptionist Role:

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Greet and direct visitors

Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information

Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.

Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating

Will be helping to plan a large event. This will include making calls to customers to get donations for door prizes.

Receptionist Background Profile:

High school diploma

Must be comfortable making calls to customers to request donations for door prizes for large event

Excellent phone etiquette

Excellent verbal communication skills


Dependable and able to follow instructions

Professional appearance
