Northwest Healthcare is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiologist to join our thriving cardiology team at Northwest Medical Center in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within a physician-driven team committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Key Facts About the Role:

• Hospital-employed, full-time position (no locums or part-time)
• Join an established, collaborative group of 8 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider
• Well-supported by independent community providers and an established referral base of 100+ employed physicians
• Manage a full spectrum of general cardiology patients, including outpatient care and inpatient consults
• Inpatient call coverage shared among cardiology team
• Access to comprehensive diagnostic testing, including echocardiography (transthoracic and transesophageal), stress testing, nuclear cardiology and Holter/event monitoring
• Collaborative care with Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) and Electrophysiology to manage complex cardiovascular patients and procedures
• Opportunities for resident and medical student teaching
• Research opportunities available for physicians with academic or investigative interests
• Office space conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
• Physician outreach and marketing support provided to help establish and grow your practice

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology, with residency training completed in the United States
