Online Teaching, Special Education Teacher
Licensed teachers ready to move beyond classroom management and focus on transforming student lives should read on.
Imagine a teaching role free from lesson plan templates, lecture delivery, and grading cycles—where your primary focus is mentoring young people to become self‑assured, capable individuals.
Unbound Academy has reimagined what teaching can be. This hybrid position supports a tuition‑free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that trades worksheets for experiential learning and places personal development at its core. Core academics are completed independently by students using AI‑powered platforms during two concentrated daily hours. The remainder of their day is dedicated to cultivating practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching sessions, and exploratory learning.
You won’t be reciting scripted curriculum or monitoring a virtual classroom. Instead, you’ll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, innovate, work together, and mature. Your mentorship will guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness practices, and analytical problem‑solving while fostering independence, self‑assurance, and executive capabilities.
This opportunity is not designed for educators seeking to replicate conventional schooling via Zoom. It’s intended for licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, embrace a hybrid working model, and equip students with tools that genuinely prepare them for the future.
