Position Overview:The Wound Care RN will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with complex wounds, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize healing outcomes.
Responsibilities:Conduct wound assessments and measurements
Perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes
Educate patients and families on wound care management
Collaborate with case management and providers
Maintain detailed documentation
Requirements:Active RN license
Wound care certification (WCC or CWCN preferred)
2+ years wound care or med/surg experience
