Restaurant Assistant Manager

Overview

Our franchise organization is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team in an entry-level, hourly management position. You are cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program with modules to teach in-store management skills.

• Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant and assist with day-to-day operations
• Involve in ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
• Collaborate with General and Associate Managers
• Participate in a one-year certification program designed to teach in-store management skills

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with a diversified menu
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma; college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
