Job Description
Associate Systems Engineers supporting the E‑7A Program in Tukwila, WA. The role is fully onsite at the specified location.
Position Responsibilities- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrates technical parameters and assures compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.
- Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
- Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors to ensure mission success.
- Supports the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Full‑time, fully onsite at the Tukwila, WA location. No remote work.
RelocationRelocation assistance may be offered for eligible internal candidates.
Security ClearancePosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including an interim U.S. Top Secret clearance before start and final Top Secret clearance after start.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $98,600 – $133,400 (based on experience and qualifications).
