PositionKC-46 Support Integration Specialist (Mid‑Level or Senior) – Sustainment programs.
Locations:
Tukwila, WA (primary), with consideration for Hazelwood, MO and Oklahoma City, OK.
This role will capture and execute sustainment efforts across a wide variety of organizations, functions, suppliers, and business units. It works closely with the Support Integration teams and will collaborate across cross‑functional functions such as engineering, program management, modification, contracts, and finance.
Responsibilities- Planning and technical integration of Integrated Product Support elements to support integration operations.
- Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within the KC-46 Support & Training Program.
- Develop business processes, standard operating procedures, and oversee business operations.
- Support proposal development, including technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE).
- Oversee requirements and ensure delivery of products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of customer processes to shape Boeing technical, material, and support products/services.
- Create and lead presentations, status reviews and monitor execution of support programs.
- Support organizational growth strategic planning.
- Ability to work on‑site 5 days per week.
- 6+ years of product support experience.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally (engineering, program management, modification team, contracts and finance).
- Experience managing, monitoring, and integrating product/program lifecycle support activities—including support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- 10 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with commercial derivative, vertical lift, or fighter aircraft platforms.
- Experience working across organizations and managing suppliers and subcontractors.
- Experience interfacing directly with senior military officials and executives.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Military experience.

Pay & BenefitsSummary pay range – Mid‑Level (Level
3): $87,550 – $136,850
Summary pay range – Senior (Level
4): $109,650 – $171,350
Eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Specific programs vary by location, hire date, and collective bargaining agreements.
