Position Responsibilities:

Associate
* Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration

* Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements

* Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.

* Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements

* Assists in tooling dispositions

* Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope.

* Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs

* Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules

* Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments

* Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents

* Deliver shipside reach-back support to production teams as needed to resolve issues and maintain workflow

* Works under general supervision Mid-Level
* Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration

* Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives

* Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements

* Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met

* Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

* Manages tools from initial design to end of use disposition

* Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues

* Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs

* Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules

* Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments

* Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements

* Deliver shipside reach-back support to production teams as needed to resolve issues and maintain workflow

* Works under general direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
* Level 2: AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Level 3: AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience planning in manufacturing execution systems (MES)

* Experience in using ENOVIA / CATIA

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Active U.S. Security Clearance

* BDS Manufacturing Planner experience

* Experience using Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)

* Development program experience

* Ability to perform minor electrical and electronic modifications
