Sr Financial Analyst - Technology

If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.  For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

You’llyou’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver meaningful financial insights, forecasting expertise, and business case recommendations that shape enterprise priorities. Your work will directly influence technology investments, process improvements, and long-term strategic planning initiatives. This is an opportunity to combine analytical expertise, executive partnership, and strategic thinking in a highly visible role with enterprise-wide impact. play a key role in helping BECU make smart, strategic financial decisions that support innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional member experiences.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Minimum Qualifications
**** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent work-related experience
* Minimum 7 years of functional experience in a financial institution, supporting technology organizations or enterprise strategic initiatives and building business cases for ROI and NPV for leadership decision making, and using One Stream and Quickview as well as Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
* Experience with presentation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
*** Desired Qualifications
**** Advanced degree preferred
* CPA/CMA preferred
