Position Description
We're looking for an experienced Master Plumber who brings both technical expertise and a strong quality mindset. This role will serve as the plumbing subject matter expert on large-scale construction projects while helping ensure installations meet all code, quality, and project requirements from start to finish.

What You'll Do- Serve as the plumbing subject matter expert on assigned construction projects.
- Review plumbing installations to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform QA/QC inspections throughout construction activities.
- Identify deficiencies, develop corrective action plans, and verify completion of corrective work.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and installation plans.
- Support project commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and project records.
- Mentor field personnel and help promote best practices in plumbing installation and quality control.
- Ensure all plumbing work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Oklahoma plumbing work requires appropriate state licensure and code compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Master Plumber License (Required – No Exceptions)
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- 7+ years of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction plumbing experience.
- Experience performing or overseeing QA/QC inspections and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Heavy civil, water/wastewater, industrial, or mission‑critical construction experience.
- Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities.
- Quality certifications or formal QA/QC training.
- Familiarity with construction management software and digital inspection tools.
- High School Diploma.
