Job DescriptionThe Bilingual Institutional Wealth 401(k) Education Services Consultant II is responsible for educating and motivating retirement plan participants on their retirement plan to help them participate and save for retirement. The incumbent consults with clients to create and manage education campaigns, develop presentations, videos, handouts, and other communication pieces, and presents to employee groups in person or via webinar. Some travel may be required.
The consultant works with internal partners to coordinate and manage relationships efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities- Conduct live, interactive, multimedia education seminars, workshops, and one‑on‑one meetings with BOKF plan sponsors, relationship managers, education consultants, and plan compliance staff.
- Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s plan provisions and investment options in preparation for seminars.
- Create and update education campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and other communication materials.
- Provide summaries and analysis of meetings, track meetings held, and deliver quantifiable metrics on effectiveness to leadership and internal partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5–7 years of experience in communications, investments, or marketing, or 9–10 years of equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED: Professional Trainer Certification, Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant, Licensed Financial Consultant.
Language Requirement: Must meet minimum language requirements in a designated second language.
Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice-based with occasional travel.
